Undergraduate Student Presentation Competition

We are pleased to announce that the Undergarduate Student Presentation Competition will once again be held as part of this years symposium.

  • Each competitor will give a thirteen minute oral presentation followed by five minutes for questions and answers.

  • Presentations must address a technical, economic, or environmental aspect of engineering or other basic engineering theme (provided it pertains to some sphere in which an engineer is or should be involved).

  • Patterned after the ASME Old Guard Competition.

  • Presentation feedback will be provided by experienced judges.

  • Select the "Undergraduate Student Presentation Competition" category when submitting your abstract. Note you will need to provide the name and email of your adviser at your institution when submitting your abstract in order to enter the competition.

  • Awards will be given for best presentation and the best technical content!
